lyrics
Verse 1:
Do you remember when we walked together
And came into a clearing with a waterfall?
It was like a happy dream, but better
A precious secret hidden by a deep green wall
Pre Chorus 1:
And the rushing sound that filled our ears
Was like a million tears, when we heard its call
Holding hands, and then we held our breath
We looked into its depths,
and we jumped into the waterfall
Verse 2:
Do you remember when we loved each other?
Do you remember when you held me close to your heart?
It really felt like we had found forever
Crashing into the depths, just like a waterfall
Pre Chorus 2:
And every drop that would touch your skin
The memory would slip right in to your deep green heart
A braided string you tied around my wrist
But when we hit the mist, it dissolved
under the waterfall
Repeat Chorus
Bridge:
You can go back to the same place
You can go back at the same time
But you can never get back what you had
You can never step in the same stream twice
‘Cause the water rushes on
Yeah, the water rushes on
All the water rushes on
Beyond the waterfall
Repeat Chorus 2x

This is cool as hell. I feel like I'm adrift in a space between dimensions, dancing amongst hallucinatory fragments of several realities.
In one moment I'm dancing in a courtyard of some ancient technicolor empire. The next it's a little island in the sky of a dreamlike cube-world. So cool! Jank Hambrams
Not my normal fare, but oddly compelling as always. Hard to pick just one, but I've Been Better is moody and evocative. Also love Baritone at the end. This album is a labor of love and it shows. As with Spiders!, I'm left wishing for more, but settling for repeat play. Venya

Baltimore percussionist Jacober's brilliant dance-pop is percussion-driven and layered with summery sounds like marimba. Bandcamp New & Notable May 6, 2021
The variety of sounds and experimentation in this album is really fun. It certainly takes me on a sonic journey and an interesting one at that! Jank Hambrams
